Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is available on orders over $60, after promotions and discounts are applied. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $4.95 applies.

We process orders within 1-4 business days. If your order is placed on a non-business day, it will be shipped on the next business day. Note that holiday deliveries may be delayed by a day or two. Shipments are delivered duty unpaid. Any customs or import duties charged upon arrival in your country must be paid by the customer, especially if you select Express shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

We hand packages over to the shipping company for delivery. You are responsible for tracking and receiving your package. Any claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped. If tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please email us with the details, and we will start an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your package is damaged or items are missing, please:
- Clearly state this on the receipt before signing for the package.
- Contact us within two working days.
- Save the damaged packaging materials for inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
